Onsite Support

Our technicians are always on the road helping clients

  • No call-out fee for next business day appointments in the Perth metro area
  • Minimum 1 hour, per half hour thereafter
  • Same low rate as our helpdesk service, no additional cost for being on site
  • Where practical have the same technician you're dealing with on the helpdesk come on site
  • Time billed on your same consolidated monthly invoice from L.I.T
