- No call-out fee for next business day appointments in the Perth metro area
- Minimum 1 hour, per half hour thereafter
- Same low rate as our helpdesk service, no additional cost for being on site
- Where practical have the same technician you're dealing with on the helpdesk come on site
- Time billed on your same consolidated monthly invoice from L.I.T
